Terms and conditions

1 - Regulations

For bookings made via our online booking system with secure payment projet-z.com, the amount of the stay will be debited from your credit card in full at the time of booking.
For bookings made by telephone or by email via our booking service, the amount of the stay will be paid in full by bank transfer according to the bank details provided, at the time of booking. In this case, the reservation is blocked for 7 days until the transfer arrives. The reception of the payment within this period will validate the reservation definitively.
Please note: your booking option may be withdrawn in the event of late payment for the stay, the payment deadline being set at 7 days.

2 - Retraction

A delay of 1 week following the date of the reservation or purchase of a gift voucher is granted regardless of the method of reservation. An administration fee may be charged depending on the method of refund, corresponding to 5 € for a refund by bank transfer for example.

3 - Accepted payment methods

Credit card for payment directly on the site: CB, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
Bank transfer to our bank (bank details will be sent to you when you make your reservation by e-mail or telephone). The amount must be paid in full into our bank account, the transfer costs being at your charge.

Chèque Vacances issued by the Agence Nationale du Chèque Vacances (ANCV) by mail.

4 - Modification or cancellation

For any modification or cancellation, a written request, by e-mail, will be systematically requested. Your file number must be given in the subject line.
a. Cancellation before your stay, by yourself

In the event of serious illness, serious accident or death of a registered occupant, the stay will be refunded in full on medical proof or death certificate.
In the event of serious illness, serious accident or death of a family member not staying at the lodge, the stay will be postponed free of charge within 12 months of cancellation, on medical evidence or death certificate only.
No refunds will be given.
For any cancelled stay that does not fall under the above-mentioned cancellation clauses, the following conditions apply
– more than 30 days before the arrival date: full refund
– between 30 and 8 days before the stay: 10% of the amount of the stay will be retained.
– for any stay cancelled within 7 days before the date of arrival, interrupted or not used, the total amount of the reserved stay will be retained by Projet-Z Lodges.
b. Modification before your stay
More than 15 days before the start of the stay, the change can be made free of charge, depending on availability (with possible adjustment of the rate according to the rate category).

– Between 8 and 15 days of the stay, the modification can take place according to availability. Projet-Z will retain 10% of the accommodation price.

– Less than 7 days before your stay, the date of your stay cannot be changed.

c. Modification or cancellation of your stay by Projet-Z BEFORE your arrival
In the event of an orange weather warning, with external events beyond our control, such as bad weather, storms or thunderstorms, Projet Z Lodges reserves the right to cancel your stay for safety reasons. In this case, we will offer you the possibility of rescheduling your stay in the lodges to a later date, within the current 12 months. If you have already left your home, we will offer you alternative accommodation at no extra charge. If you are not satisfied with any of these offers, you will be refunded the full amount paid and no further compensation will be claimed.
If your booking is made using a gift voucher, the general terms and conditions of sale concerning gift vouchers apply: gift vouchers are not refundable. Your booking may be postponed free of charge.

d. Modification or cancellation of the stay by the Domaine Projet-Z ON SITE
In the event of an Orange weather warning, with external events beyond our control, such as bad weather, storms or thunderstorms, the management reserves the right to cancel your night in the lodge, for safety reasons. You will be offered accommodation in other types of accommodation according to availability and at no extra cost, and your stay will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

e. Modification or cancellation of your stay by yourself ON SITE
In the case of a refusal to access your lodge, no compensation can be claimed.

5 - Capacity

The number of persons mentioned in our rates per accommodation is the maximum occupancy allowed, taking into account the equipment available. It may not be exceeded for safety and insurance reasons.

6 - Rates

Our rates include all taxes. Only the rates shown on our website are binding. To this price must be added the tourist tax of : 1,24 € adult/day in 2022.

7 - Services included / Pets

Cleaning is included in the price (see details in the “accommodation” section). A kitchen stock (oil-vinegar-pepper-salt) is available as well as hot drinks (coffee-tea).
Pets are allowed for a fee of 10 euros per stay, provided they are not allowed in the rooms.

8 - Claims

Any complaint concerning a stay must be sent by e-mail to contact@projet-z.com or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 30 days following the stay to the following address

9 - Alcohol and cigarette

It is strictly forbidden to be inebriated in the lodges.
It is forbidden to smoke inside the lodges.

10 - Litigation

In case of dispute, the jurisdiction of the court of your place of residence at the time of signing the contract, or the jurisdiction of the Court of Metz.

Your stay :

24 hours before your arrival, we kindly ask you to indicate your arrival time by e-mail (Arrival possible from 4pm).
On the day of your departure, the lodges must be vacated before 11am. We ask you to leave the place as clean as possible, thank you.
By accepting the general conditions of sale, I am aware that my stay takes place in the wilderness, with the hazards that this can present: variable weather, presence of insects, birds and mammals near the lodges and that it is possible to encounter them inside.
